Could you please tell me what you think the problem is?

    DO you have any compression?

Yes your right, than is a horrible sound.

I cant quite figure out the sound, and your neighbours sprinkler doesnt help.

It almost sounds like the engine is running really quickly without anything stopping it. The wheel doesnt lock tight and throw you, so it doesnt seem to appear there is any engine compression.
  3. Maybe the large gear behind the clutch cover is rubbing against the case. Take cover off and try to start it, then look for marks on the very edges of cover... Good Luck

Ok problem was the head gasket was squished out into the combustion chamber, this in combination with the thinner gasket I installed on the base of the cylinder allowed the piston to hit the head gasket. So I installed the original(thicker) gasket and it works fine. I'm going to have to get a replacement head gasket and try again with the thinner (higher compression) gasket
