engine noise

    when i get t0 about 35-40 kmh my enigine makes a rattling noise

    you first got to narrow it down to the engine or the chain

    Any engines make noise. What kind of noise is it

    its like a rattling noise when i hit 35kmh +

    look for metal to metal contact around the countershaft sprocket and take off the clutch cover and look at the cover

    Could even be the clutch cable or the spring that keeps it off the cylinder. . kinda hard to guess at, lol. Is your exhaust loose.. Jeesh, could be just about anything!?!

    its like its coming from inside the engine

    Do what Jaguar said, see if there's anything making marks on the inside of the clutch cover (the big flat thing on the right hand side).

    try tightening absolutely everything. When I got up to about 35+kmh I heard a strange vibrating noise. Turned out to be the brackets securing the engine to the bike were really loose thus causing the engine to shake when reaching high speeds. Hope this helps
