I have a seahawk gt5 and I was riding and the exhaust fell off. I looked at it and the stud broke off half way into the hole and stripped out the threads. How would you suggest fixing this?

If you have the stud out go to the local parts store and buy a 6mm tap....try that first....if hole is too big for the 6mm you'll have to go the the next larger size....If stud is still in cylinder then buy a screw extractor and hope it works.....Last resort is the replace the entire cylinder.

once the broken stud is out, you can heli-coil the clutch side hole by breaking off a bit of the cooling fin that blocks the back of the hole to let your tool fit in - for the mag side hole I usually take cylinder off and drill right into the head stud channel to let my tool fit in

EDIT: for folks without time on their hands - a new cylinder is probably easier
