Clutch fast idle when clutch handle is pulled in

hello every one new at this,brought a 80cc engine from luckyearlybird last week installation
went very well. READ SEVERAL POST BEFORE COMMING HERE HOPE I CAN FINE THE HELP
I NEED. INSTALLED O RING IN CARB-MADE SURE BARREL IN CARB SLIDES UP AND DOWN
THIS DID LOWER THE IDLE A LITTLE BUT STILL ITS TO FAST.BIKE STARTS VERY EASY
TROTTLE SEEM TO WORK FINE. CONFUSED NOW DO SOME ONE KNOW WHAT ESLE I
SHOULD LOOK FOR, ALL OPINIONS WILL BE A GREAT HELP.

Turn out the slide-stop screw and then look into the carb. Does the slide completely close the opening? If not then you need to adjust the cable either at the top of the carb or at the throttle.
