Fat Tire Chopper

I am thinking about a second build. Have been looking at a 24"fat tire chopper bicycle from ChopperUS in California. A little pricey, but it looks pretty well thought out. Has anyone had any experience with this frame set-up? I would probably put a 26" front wheel on it like my current bike has. Thanks for any suggestions.
