Finally got around to installing my dax 70cc kit, my first motorized bike kit and I have a question. Should the chain sprocket spin by hand? I cant even make it budge so how are you suppose to get the chain on?

you have to have the clutch diengaged either by installing the lever and hook it up or pushing the clutch arm with you hand. once released you should be able to turn the sprocket by hand.

Hi TurtleBoy. Without the chain tensioner on you should be able to roll the
chain onto the small sproket. I included a few shots to show what neutral is.
I also included a thread I made a year ago since mine was stuck in gear
when it was brand new. I hope this gives you a start. graucho

Remove the sparkplug to reduce the compression on the engine...then turn sprocket with socket wrench.
