Hi all you wacky riders - My name is Rob and I am working away on my first build, a Skyhawk I bought on-line.
I should have read through the Forums BEFORE I encountered problems... and I would have saved some time and effort, but I am learning much, and feel confident that after completed I will know the entire system inside out, and be ready with the right tools and spare parts for service work and road repairs. I came here with a specific clutch question which I found the answer to.
The insstructions with the Skyhawk are basic, leaving a coule of things for granted that anyone would know how to, but I am thick headed and stubborn too. Therefore I had everything installed, adjusted, removed, checked and re-installed at least twice and some components more than twice!
I have had more than a dozen motorcycles my adult life, but over 60 years it is time to slow down a bit and quit paying the high insurance and licencing costs, which are free (for now) here in Ontario, Canada.
