Fitting freewheels to splined freehub drivers

    I would start with a splined sprocket - turn it down to a 7/8 inch cylinder (with the splines on the inside,) then cut a keyway. Then, you could use a staton-inc.com freewheel adapter & just thread the freewheel on to the adapter.
