Frame mount with rear suspension

Is this possible with standard type rear suspension? Does the fact that the axle is moving in relation to the engine/shaft make this unfeasible?

You will need an exceptional spring loaded chain tensioner to use it in the stock configuration due to the issue you already have suggested. The jackshaft kit makes it possible but would require one of only a handfull of full suspension frames available without major modifications.
