I was drawn to this site by the aesthetics of motorized bicycles, particularly those built to resemble old board track racers, and the desire of gaining enough practical knowledge of mechanics to begin assembling bikes of my own. Having worked at a bicycle store, specializing in both high performance road and mountain bikes, I have a vast understanding of self-powered bikes. I have been intrigued by motorbikes since I was a little boy, but have never had the opportunity to explore my interest due to worrisome parents. 
I'm hoping this forum and it's members can help me with any questions or problems that may arise in my attempt to build my first motorbike.
