Front fender supports broke

Hey.
My front wheel fender supports broke.
So its held in place tightly with ZIP ties .
Holding it with both above and and the rear support of fender. It appears tightly held there.
Will it last this way or i need to get its supports wielded ?

you can get stainless steel zip ties at hardware store.

yeh, i also put a secondary support using steel hose clamps. i got a secondary fail safe system on lots of stuff on my bike especially fenders. front fender failure can be very very bad.

I want to put fenders on the front, but I can't seem to get the balls to do it, I just know my luck and that would be the one thing to fail just as I'm pulling up behind a pickup truck filled with scrap barbed wire and bent pitchforks... I would go flying through the air and land smack dab in the middle of that pile of rusty metal, and since he was listening to rock music with the volume all the way up, he wouldn't even notice me landing there and bleeding to death until he got to the scrap yard...

That makes me think about removing the front fenders.
