front free-wheel

I am looking on how I can go about setting up a front end free-wheel system on my DIY moped. with the way it is planned out right now, the pedals will still turn as the motor drives everything. noone really wants that, and i dont want to remove the pedals if i dont have to.


does anyone have any experience free-wheeling the pedals on a bike in this case? all input is appreciated. thanks a lot.
