How do I post a profile pic?

Down at the very bottom of the forums is a spot we'd like to use for questions like this, "New Members, ask a question, get a link", for simple matters that have nothing to do with bikes and engines.
The more info in the title of the question also helps.
The number of categories keeps increasing to include different types of engine systems, bikes, now tires, but you have to try and put your questions in the right spot.
I'm just responding to this because, if you'll note, your fuel tank question yesterday was in the Bike section, then had to be "moved", and this question this morning is answered both in "suggestions" and "ask a question/get a link".
If you click on "Search", type in "Profile Pic", you'll also find the answer.
