Genesis Onyx 29er

Just helped my next door neighbor with this one. All stock kit install. No extras needed. But we did have to bend the exhaust to get the peddle to spin around. And the rear hub was a pain to get on... But I like the 29 inch size! Comfy ride and goes just a tad faster at top speed due to the larger rim size. I'm building a Huffy Cranbrook now. Waiting on the gas tank valve that they forgot to include in this kit... Its ok they are sending the part right out for me no questions asked. I've had good experiance with Gasbike.net so far. LOL BGF has dissapeared from ebay. O well, Gasbike kit is way better in my opinion. :helmet:

Done, and runs great. Cant wait to take her for a nice looong ride soon abnd break her in.

Nice looking bikes. I ride a Cranbrook and, overall, I'd call it a fine bike for this job. One or two weaknesses, yes, but still quite good at a very good price.

But I'm a 6 footer and the Cranbrook is just a bit small for me.

I've felt the urge for a 29.
