Good place to get a HIGH QUALITY twist grip throttle?

the title pretty much says it all

i am just wondering if anyone can suggest to me where to get a good quality twist grip throttle

maybe one that accepts an easy to come by cable such as a bicycle brake cable

I got the one from Thatsdax. It is excellent. Feels very high quality, doesn't rattle, and has a built in kill switch. Overall, it feels motorcycle grade. And I paid less than $20 for it
