Great service

    Wow, I received great service from McMaster-Carr. I ordered some vibration damping u-bolts from them but when I got them one of the u-bolts was defective. So sent them an e-mail, in less than an hour they responded saying that they will send another one at no charge and told me to throw the defective u-bolt away. I thought that was very fast response.
