Hello my name is Michael and new to this forum. I am getting back into cycling after a 17 year long bad decision to drive everywhere. I am considering building a board track style bike as a project.

From the Mule Capital, eh? My neighbor takes his matched set of 4 mules & wagon up to your Mule Day.

Did you folks know there is such a thing as a $50,000 mule??

(not my neighbors, but he paid $6,000 each)

Hello bamabikeguy. The mules are interesting to say the least. I'm from La. and will never forget the first time I was asked "Are you going to Mule Day?". I said what? In La. we always looking for a reason to party but never heard about that. They are nice though to watch and there are some folks still working them here. If you haven't came you should take a long weekend and witness it at least once. I'm trying to get a bike shop off the ground here and thinking of doing a bike run in 2011 if all goes well. Have to see if it's in the master plan I guess.
