Grinding sound when I open throttle

I've got an 800cc CD motor I'm fixing up and I ride it as soon as I go to open the throttle not even mid range rpm it starts making this grinding sound and if it's not a grinding sound it's gotta be something rattling. I know I had to do a little porting on the motor due to the previous piston rings gouging into the exhaust port. Not being able to smooth it all out to perfection there is still some indented areas. Is this allowing the rings to vibrate hence the grinding I'm hearing

Do you have very tight chain clearance somewhere? Possibly the chain is moving around a bit while turning and rubbing up against something Also do a bolt check on everything to make sure nothing is backing out and rattling
