i have a carb for my bicycle, the "high performance" dellorto look alike here,

how do i adjust the mixture? i only saw an idle on the side, and then their was a jet on the inside, and a weird smaller jet looking thing thats kind of a small brass pipe with two holes on it thats screwed into the top of the carb. where is the adjustment for mixture? i think its either running lean or running rich because it wont go more than 15 mph. and that might be an overstatement. it isnt dripping oil out the exhaust though. also i use ester based Castor oil , incase that impacts anything. i also have a large offset intake so the carb will fit on the bicycle. i cleaned the carb out with carb cleaner and some wire and some paper towel. the carb is brand new.

when i use the "choke" or "enrichment circut" it bogs down and dies immediately.
