Half link needed please please

My second post - I know there are other posts out there on this which I have read but I still cannot find the right half link. None of the local bike shop have any and will not order any saying its too little to mess with.The 3 I have ode red form ebay are either to small or too big. Somebody must know where I can get the correct one. Its for my 1999 Whizzer.
