I have a pretty large collection of Happy Time engine and kit parts left over from years of building motorized bikes on the side.

THe parts are too many to list and some are brand new, never used, but most are lightly used.

I have about a dozen 48 tooth sprockets. I know most folks want more speed but there are some of us that want the capability to climb a steep hill without having to pedal and be able to do 20mph on a straightaway.

If you need something, just holler at me.

do you have an aircleaner for 80cc HT?
    how about a stock muffler?

No 36 tooth sprockets. Only 44, 48, and 50 tooth sprockets. I live in Coloraod and the engine's develop about 20% less power at my altitude then sea level. A 44 tooth sprocket is pushing it up here.

    I'm all out of aircleaners.

I do have two stock mufflers. Both have been heated and bent and WILL need to be bent again to fit your bike. 15 bucks shipped for both. One is silver and one is black.
  5. How about a HT fuel tank? Keith Williams

Do you have a slant plug cylinder head for a 49cc?

No, I live in Colorado and with the 30% loss in power due to altitude, I only have engine parts for the larger sized 65-67cc HT engines.

    any cdi box's??
  18. Does DAX actually sell a dished sprocket? The 70cc. Dax motor kit I bought had a
cr--ppy 41 tooth one that was so priimative I had to profile the teeth on the lathe to keep the chain from jumping. That's a shame as the kit otherwise seems ok although so far on 20% break-in fuel it hasn't been very impressive for power, but maybe it's because I am comparing it to my Sky Hawk with a 44 tooth one.
  19. hey what is the ask on the rear mount tanks? I call em if they are still available

25 dollars shipped for a used one. I'm keeping the new ones.
