    Just wondering once head is milled, and head gasket is removed will it hurt the motor? For motor size of 66cc its got fantastic torque, idles well, and starts fine. The head is leak free (copper sealant), with riding it about 10/miles at a time. Any ideas?

    If it's not leaking, you really don't need the gasket. Although as you put more miles on it you may need to replace the gasket.

    Ron, yeah, I've been using it for about 200+ miles without head gasket and all is still good/dry. Only thing I sense, is it might have tendencies to get a bit warm or warmer at times?

    PS-Ron, do you think that the NGK B7 would run cooler than my B6 (I've always used)without effecting preformance?

    A bh7 is cooler plug then a bh6, weather you will see any difference, I don't know. I've never ran anything other then a bh6

    having no head gasket wont hurt things if theres clearance and things are staying sealed.

    best method is to machine a shoulder on the cylinder and matching recess in the head then grind/lap the two together and use no sealant at all... is it worth it? :jester:

    changing the plug to a 7 will just mean your plug will look forever dirty.

    colder = more carbon deposits.

    unless of course a 6 is melting for some weird reason?
