heavy duty four stroke engine pull start options?

I want to upgrade my plastic pull start with a plastic cog that likes to break with something more durable.

Does anyone know of a metal pull start or even just a metal cog that will work on the Titan/Huasheng 142f engines?

I've also heard rumors of a hand crank unit that you twist and lock in place then attach it to the flywheel to crank the engine but couldn't ever find anything substantial on it.

Hi,

Several years ago, the rope starter was an issue. We stocked up, and suddenly the problem went away. I think there was a "batch" of them with problems, and somehow worked through the system. I noticed the inner plastic drive had a lot of play in the earlier units, whereas the current version seems better made.
