hello everyone. HELP!!

Hello to everyone. I am just getting into the whole motorized bike thing. I am having a problem. my bike has trigger gears on each grip connected to the brake levers. I don't know what to do about using a 2in1 lever and still be able to use the gear trigger. I have a Giant bike.

Some bike models just aren't adaptable, best to start fresh......
