Good Afternoon, fellow bikers.

I just put my first bike together over the weekend and have already put over 150 miles on it. I am now an enthusiast.... I bought one the "chinese jet80CC" which is in reality aroud 66. I put it on a Moon Dog, purely for the cost, heavy duty frame and the style. Not to good on the vibration side, but I am tuning it up day by day. (Still waiting on the infamous "Break-in")

I"ve built two of them. The first one smoothed out within a couple of days. Second one took maybe a week or so. I was getting a bit worried, but it turned out okay.

You are being gentle with it, right? As long as you are, then you ought to smooth out about anytime now.

I'm running anywhere between 1/2 and 2/3 throttle 85% of the time. The vibration is so bad that my chain gaurd broke this morning on the way into work (11 mile run)
