Hello from Bakersfield

Hi everyone, new here from Bakersfield, CA. I'm still new to the motorized bike scene and am working on my very first build. Thought this might be the place to get some help.

I'm working on a 500w 48v 12a front hub motor ebike.
The frame is an Schwinn OCC stingray, stripped down a little to shed some weight.

The issue I'm having now is the front end. The stock fork isn't wide enough to clear the hub motor which is around 900mm and the shaft on the wheel needs about 10mm of clearance.
