This will be my first motorized bicycle. I am planning to use this Staton Inc. friction drive kit FDR-358-1-1/8 (http://www.staton-inc.com/store/index.php?p=product&id=361) on my 2001 Gary Fisher Mamba 21-spd hardtail. I'd like to meet with any members who live in or near Covington, GA. My biggest concern is licensing. I have never learned to drive and have never had even an instructional permit. I have gotten around on foot, on my bicycle, or by other means. I do not plan to get a car or a motorcycle. My bicycle will continue to be my main mode of transportation. Are there any here who have dealt with this particular issue?
