I joined about a year ago, I've been listening and learning. I have a couple bikes. both 2cycle and 4cycle motors.
The more I look into the legal aspect or these things in PA, the more convinced I am there are no rules specificly for them.
I've talked to 3 notary's that specialize in registering vehicles, an enhanced inspector, and a police officer friend, all say "it's a bike you don't need to do anything"
I get lots of strange looks and questions, I got stopped by 3 people the first time I took my EZ-Bike out.
It's a lot of fun...
