Hi there, new here from central Oklahoma. I situationally had to start riding a bicycle to get around and found myself interested in adding a motor. I was looking at the Chinese chain-drives but decided on a friction drive with a quality Japanese motor instead. I got a Tanaka 40cc 2.2hp 1.34" kit from Staton-inc and installed it on a 29" Ironhorse bike. So far I have about 50 miles on it and am very pleased with the quality of the kit. It was pricey, but you do get what you pay for.
