just finished

I just finished my bike and its so much fun! Ive got a couple questions for any experts out there... how long should I wait before I can give it full throttle.. cause i know that the cylinder and the piston have to pair with each other but how long does that usually take? also should I use a higher concentration of oil to gas in the beginning?
