Hello! newbie...needs help... thanks

So I was watching "swing kids" right?... and i got this hairbrained idea:
since i already reenact WW2, why dont I try to assemble one of those light motorcycles like Christian Bale had ...and so here i am researching the heck out of stock parts that will help me cobble together something that looks reasonably like what appears to be a Sachs motorfarrhad like in the move.

at present im having a little trouble locating a frame...any suggestions?
