Hello, discovered motorized bikes a while ago and have wanted one ever since.

Plan to put one together soon.

Just wondering though.... Do you need your N license to use one in bc?

    Hi Blue, welcome to Motoredbikes.
Are you in Vancouver, BC, Canada ? Me too, I'm Port Coquitlam.
I don't think you need any license for riding a motorized bicycle here.
Let me know if you need any help.

Hey, thanks for the responses and info.

Yeah icci I live in burnaby, I was looking at the icbc.com site and read the following.

Icci do you own a motorized bike and do you ride it in town without any trouble?

I wouldn't ride it downtown just for the sake of keeping the peace and its also too crowded, but I've been thinking about using this as an alternative to get to school (delta boundary bay airport).

    What do you think.

Riding in Port Coq. all the time

    Hi Blule4paper,

I ride my motorbike to work when it's not rainning. I haven't ride to vancouver downtown yet since I live in Port Coq. and it's too far for me. But I ride in town center of Port Coq. all the time, and the police will not give me any problem. I just slows down when I see them comming. And I don't see why would it be different in down town area, except you may need to keep your eyes on bike since there are so many people there.
