I'm from Louisiana and have been researching electric bicycle law around the world lately. I have also picked up a fair bit of info on motorized bicycle law along the way. all of this started because of financing and the conclusion that if I didn't have to pay vehicle insurance I could get a medical insurance policy.
I spend most of my traveling hours on my mountain bike and have just gone back to school so I have less time to work and need my money to go where it is best utilized.
