Hey guys am 22 male living in GA. I am currently waiting on my 80CC ebay motor to install on my OCC chopper ..

I know I have to register it coz its over 50CC .. but is there anyone else in GA that has something less than 50CC and had to register that too ? or you don't have to register anything below 50CC ?

With all the different opinions about the actual cc measurement of the "80", I wouldn't worry about it. Just tell ANYONE that asks, "49cc as far as I know". LoL!! Little white lie, or is it? Unless the officer has done a lot of research online, he will not be able to tell the difference. To the best of my knowledge, the 80 has a square head and the 49 has a more rounded head.
