help with new build

never built a bike before, no idea what I'm doing LOL. I bought a repop schwinn panther frame, and a Springer fork. What
Should I buy for wheels? I want good brakes. Going to be using a pk80 engine

my advice (if you'll take it) is to put those parts aside until you build a cheap, crappy starter bike to learn how things will fit together before tearing up good parts - once you feel comfortable with what you learned on first build, you can sell that one and build your nice one
