I am a student, living in Monterrey Mexico right now.
I'm really interested in a motorized bike as a car is just too expensive, and a bike will be just fine for my short but hilly commutes.
I am not too mechanically inclined - I haven't had much experience. I am a fast learner, and I know how things work. I was thinking about getting a used bike on craigslist or something, instead of spending 100 bucks on a moondog or something like it. I want shocks, and I'm sure someone somewhere has a bike thats better than a cruiser for $75 or so. How easy is it will it be for me to install a kit purchased say on dax or whatever? Worst case I take it to some mechanic dude to get it installed - extremely cheap here.
