Hi From Georgia, Help With First Bike

I recently got a Home lite weed eater/whacker from my grandfather. He said it worked, but I haven't gotten a chance to test it. I don't know how many cc's it is, and I also don't know what model it is. It has a clutch, choke, and a kill switch. If anyone has any advice for a first time motorized bike builder it would be great.

I want to make a chain drive, but might go with a friction drive, but I don't know how to wield. I will be putting this on either a 26' bike or a 20'.
