Hi all, I'm from Morris County, NJ and I just installed my bike engine. I've worked with engines before but am still new to the parts and their proper names so please bear with me. So far my bike is running well except for a tight clutch and non working kill switch. Any suggestions?

If you use it on roads, you should check with your local laws on bicycles with gas motors.

The tight clutch will get easier to pull after you use it awhile.
If you're sure you have the killswitch hooked up properly, then its probally broken, get a new one,or toggle switch, or use choke to stop engine, but its best to replace or fix the killswitch cause you will want to have one.

Thanks for the response.

I can ride the bike in my neighborhood and thats all I'll be doing with it. I see people riding ATVs and dirt bikes all the time.

I fixed the clutch. It got a little easier and I also re routed the cable.

I am not going to worry about the kill switch just yet, I have to first fix my gas leak. Nothing major, just like a half filled medicine cup overnight.
