I'm new to this group. I've got a scooter and also have a bicycle with an electric motor on it. I have plenty of questions and hope to find the answers on this site. I promise to behave.
I am starting a project...a documentary (video) about the various laws concerning licensing, registration, insurance requirements on the various type of bikes/mopeds/scooters. If anyone would be willing to appear in my movie, please let me know. I need an expert, or at least an amusing, articulate character who knows something about the various rules and laws that pertain to all of these bikes and can convey the information in an entertaining way.
