Hey
Today i came up with the brilliant idea to put a motor on a bike, good idea huh?
Well in this day and age no idea is new im happy to have found this forum and can wait to get started on my bike....

Im planning on buying one of those fake "Chopper" looking bikes you see at Wal-Mart and an engine kit (do those require welding?) i think it will look very sexy!

Anyone wanna be my Yoda and mentor the through the 10,000 questions i will have on how to build the bike?

Thanks

Hi Matty and welcome aboard.

Sorry it took us so long to respond to you. We try but sometimes we get busy with other posts.

You'll be glad you motorized a bike. It's just nothing but fun. though you do need to be a tinkerer at heart. But it sounds like you've got that covered.

You're not likely to have a lot of questions, really. Installation is not all that hard. And while you're waiting for your engine just read any thread that looks interesting. In no time you'll have a good notion of what you're doing.

Good luck
