Higher-quality Home-rolled Ignition

I hate the little red button, so I made myself a little ignition box, but it also doubles as an electronics testbench. The switch is nice + solid, makes a beautiful "click." I plan to mount it somewhere safer.

Hmmmm...what is inside? did you mount the CDI box in there too?.....
I like the idea of a better kill switch....I've heard so many horror stories of the little kill button that comes with the kit I decided to leave mine off and choke the engine off.....Did you do any improvements to the CDI?....I was windering what can be done to that for better performance...

The box innards, eventually, will hold lighting electronics. Right now, the inside holds just a switch. Do you see the red and black knobs on the top of the box? Those are screw down terminals. The white-wire goes to the red terminal, the chassis is connected to the black terminal.

Simple, cheap, and effective.
