How do i check for leaks if i cant idle

In the south that's what is said right before something fails! Its a quote of Foxworthy.

i also got the parts to weld my own expansion chamber. and a dual brake lever so i can put all my parts in the right place

Thats a good price for carb and jets, I would get the exhaust on before I tuned the carb so it didn't have to be done twice.

today i was riding and i was going slow up a hill. I noticed that the engine was skew so i was trying to stop but my brakes aren't that great. so my master link snapped and my engine fell off my bike. I stopped quick ruining my shoes I'm sure. then i pushed it home manually. when i got it home i noticed that the clutch wasn't working. So i took the cover off the engine, and found that the pin was flush with the gear/sprocket. what based on my story would i need to replace to make the pin stick out again.
I will be posting pictures soon.

sounds like your sprocket may have come loose and shaft is now too far into it
