U unior Member Local time 9:10 AM Joined Jul 22, 2009 Messages 151 Location Lancaster, PA Sep 21, 2010 #2 The plastic tabs inside wear out or get dirty and stick. Once mine started acting up a shot of brake clean would make it work perfect for a few days.
