Welcome to the forum. Start out by viewing the photo gallery. At some point, one of the pics will grab you and you will know what you want to build. You will also see how members handle problems like large diameter frame tubes and such.
Also check out the law forum and search for your state. In some states, it is next to impossible to ride a gas assisted bike on the street legally. States that allow them on the street usually had displacement restrictions. Good luck.
