In Frame 2 Stroke as Rackmount? WTB Mount Kit

I'm scouring youtube tonight, and came across this.

They've got an inframe 2 stroke as a rack mount - I so want to get my hands on the mounting brackets to make some jigs of, if not only to have the mounting brackets. I want to give to my brother my old 48cc for his vintage 20 inch with ape hangers and banana seat, and this would be seriously perfect.

thanks for finding that, I've been thinking of mounting a 48cc like that and have it concealed with panier style bags. Its given me some ideas although my thoughts are to have it set back a bit further, this one mounts to the seat pole?? the lower/rear bracket looks really well made. good find
