Installation Help Wanted - Los Angeles Area

I have a Grubee Stage III Rear Mount with Huasheng 49CC 4 Stroke.

The mount does not want to line up correctly so that the chain does not bind.

I may NOT be mechanical enough to make this fit, though I've got everything else perfect, this is kicking my *ss.

If you have experience I will PAY you to get it aligned so I can ride. Everything else is ready to go.

where are you located? I am in Simi, and I had the same problem with my bike at first. The chain keep popping out.
