Clutch Installing clutch cable to clutch arm on Skyhawk gt5

I was able to get a Grubee Skyhawk gt5 for a great price and now I have everything set up, except the clutch arm is not attached to the clutch lever. Im not sure where to position the arm or what exactly its doing to disengage the drive so you can pedal freely. Any help would be appreciated
