Installing motor on a mountain bike with full suspension

On a rack mount perhaps!

But if we're talking about the in frame motorbike stylee..
Depends on the design of the frame.

You need a large-ish front triangle and a place to mount the engine to on the seat tube and down tube. It may be possible on some frames with the shock just under the top tube but it'd be a very big frame for that to work.

Dealing with the very slight change in chain length as the suspension moves will not be a problem with a spring tensioner or the Sick Bike Parts shift kit, you just have to find that decent sized, uncluttered front triangle.

normally rear suspended bikes don't allow enough room for the engine

I searched for "full suspension" in the photos section. A frame with a spring or shock on the seat stay works.
