Is this normal gunk?

I'm very new to the community and have a random question. Is the crud on my bike normal road junk, or something wrong with my engine? I only ride about 4 miles a day, and most of the time I don't use the engine much for one leg of my commute. Thanks for taking a look. http://imgur.com/a/lmDo3

look between your head and the top of cylinder (hard to see in pic) - you may need to retorque the head if oil is showing up there

If that first pic is showing that you used rubber to mount the motor, then much of this could be that rubber dissolving in the exhaust fumes - rubber is never recommended for motor mounts - a half piece of PVC pipe will work much better there for you, same for the rear mount (put it between motor & frame)
