    check wires???

Just by looking and feeling they are connected secure. When it started the second time it ran for about 30 seconds and was making a whistling sound.

is your back sprocket in line with the front ? it makes a lot of difference, the more in line they are the less strain and noise from engine (that may be the whine you heard)

might also be sucking air at intake carb connection ...make sure it is pushed all the way on and tighten securely

    Thanks speeder, my friend

Well I took out my headbolts and changed the gasket, and used rv gasket sealer. I also took out the headbolt that the nut was not tightening to. When I reinstalled it the nut was able to be tightened. Thank God................
So after about 2 minutes of cruising the gasket to my muffler blew. Upon inspection the muffler needs groung down in one spot.So I will do that tomorrow. DO I need a thicker gasket than I used on my head? Do you guys think that is why it is boggyat about 10 miles per hour??? I hope so... Thanky you all for your help with my motored bike.

well the gasket on the head is made of a metal not the same as the other gaskets so you will have to order a set from kingsmotorbikes.com

dont forget to take it easy on the motor remember its new and you should break it in

I used a cardboard gasket for the head..... it works so far... do you think it will give?

  14. jeffspeeder

    jeffspeeder Guest

yes most likely it will give not much strenght thare i would suggest just ordering a gasket set from kings motor bikes you get all the gaskets for the motor for only a few bucks

Will do ... but honestly, Im still going to ride it...unless I hear it break again. What size gasket thickness do I need for the muffler?

well its in the kit its the thikest one in the set. but if you wanna do one now go to autozone ask for a peice of do it your self gasket maker and get the gold tube of silicone it has lasted me for a long time and it shows no sign of giveing out so try that and try to double up the bolt on the exaust it will help to prevent the bolts from vibrateing off
